ABA Program Manager MAJOR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Develop, evaluate, and modify behavior programs/treatment plans and/or goals for a caseload of clients with various developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
Monitor effectiveness of treatment approach and modify program as needed
Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports accordingly
Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and other related in-service programs, including client- specific intervention training to staff and parents.
Ensure that all treatment methodologies are evidence based and reflect the most recent research findings.

ABA Program Manager QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree required with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in providing direct services to clients with various developmental disabilities, behavioral health diagnoses, and/or severe behavior challenges in a home-based, educational, or social services setting preferably cross-age groups.

Job Description:
Provide occupational therapy services for pediatric to school-aged population in sensory integration, processing, and modulation. The OTRL Clinical Director requires you travel to the different offices, but continue to maintain a caseload.
