We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and in need of a person to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Fresno, CA region (clients located within a 2 hour drive of Fresno, CA). $40/hour Per Diem.
The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleanning, etc) and filling out a number of health care assessment documents.
